"Whatever it takes"

That is our motto, stemming from the belief that ALTHOUGH NOT CLINICALLY PROVEN, the use of electronic cigarettes can provide an excellent means of doing "whatever it takes" to get off of tobacco cigarettes; smelly, toxic, bad for everyone cigarettes so many of us have been clinging to for years.  

This motto transfer to our warranty and returns policy whereby we will do "whatever it takes" to keep you satisfied so that you continue on your path of a tobacco and nicotine free life!

Most of our products come with a Warranty. Due to the diverse number of suppliers and their different replacement policies, procedures and time periods we will be happy to handle all of the Warranty claims that are confirmed to be valid by us. We will send you a replacement product immediately upon confirming the root cause of failure and confirming manufacturer warranty. We deal with the manufacture without you having to worry.

Northeast Vapor Supplies Warranties all properly maintained batteries for a period of 30 days.  If you are unsure how to care for your battery, please call us and we are happy to advise you.

APVs & larger variable voltage devices enjoy a 90 Day warranty period under the same conditions as above.

Due to the nature of low resistance atomizers and the nature of variable voltage devices we are unable to make warranty on Atomizers. They are guaranteed not to be dead on arrival only. There is no warranty on cartomizers, clearomizers, tanks and drip tips. We will do our best to hear issues on a case-to-case basis doing "Whatever it takes!" So please let us know if you experience any issues.

You are responsible for charges relating to shipping products back to Northeast Vapor Supplies for evaluation for any and all warranty claims. If the product is found to have a warrantable defect, a replacement product will be shipped to you at no charge. If product is deemed not to have a warrantable defect the product can be shipped back to customer at customers expense.
